Michael, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all of your patience and help in buying my St. Simons property. I feel very fortunate that there was an open parking spot in front of your office on my first visit to the island and am very happy that I decided to just drop in for some general island information. I was particularly impressed that you genuinely wanted to be helpful, not just sell me something, particularly after I told you I wasn't just interested in the Georgia coast. It was nice to hear encouragement to visit other areas as well so that I would develop a good sense of the entire southeast coastal area.

I also particularly appreciated the helpful, but not at all pushy approach you have and the patience to deal with me over several months of visits. Never once did you make me feel like I was wasting your time or that you had lost interest in helping me-even as my own concept of what I was looking for evolved into something entirely different than where I started. And for you to coordinate the several visits to let the charitable organizations "clean out" the old house prior to demolition was way above the call of duty.
